A linguist by training, Suzanne is passionate about helping organizations bolster inquiry to address their biggest challenges and opportunities. Prior to co-founding Pursuit Advisory, she spent 7 years at a top Executive Search Firm where she served as a Partner, leading the Not-for-Profit, Academic, Associations and Public Sector practice. In addition to management consulting, Suzanne has served as Executive Director of two national Charities and she is a part-time Faculty member within the Master of Management program at Trent University. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics (from Western University) and two Masters degrees, in Law (from the University of Toronto) and in English (from Western University), along with the Award of Achievement in Diversity and Inclusion (from the University of British Columbia).
Co-Founder
Joe is a transformational leader recognized across North America as a creative, deeply experienced operations, finance and organizational expert.
An accountant by training, and adaptable to conditions, he has led or advised on over $50bn in program/organizational review and transactions/financings in both public and private sector. Prior to co-founding Pursuit Advisory, he spent 4 years at a top Executive Search Firm, 25 years as a financial/operational consultant, mainly at a global firm, and 10 years as a financial/operational executive at a large Canadian public company. For the past 12 years, Parker has served as Chair or Director on 7 boards, and advised some of the largest public sector boards. He is a CPA/CA and an Institute Certified Director, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (McMaster) and is a Senior Fellow at University of Toronto’s Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation.
Senior Consultant
Tom is a trusted advisor to Boards and Senior Management, with over 30 years’ experience in executive search.
Tom has held senior roles in corporate restructuring, human resources, finance and operations and is recognized for excellence in client representation and candidate care. Tom was previously a Founding Partner of a boutique executive search firm in Toronto and a Senior Vice President in the Toronto Executive Search Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to executive search, Tom held senior roles in corporate restructuring, finance and operations and was also the Director of Human Resources for the GTA offices of Coopers & Lybrand.
Tom has consulted to a wide range of private and public sector organizations covering a variety of senior management and executive positions.
Tom holds a B. Comm. from the University of Toronto, along with CPA, CA and CMC designations, plus completion of the Governance Essentials Program through the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Associate
Grace brings a wealth of recruitment experience, specializing the non-profit, hospitality and retail domains.
Grace's expertise extends to successfully leading and executing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) initiatives, optimizing talent acquisition strategies. As a retained executive search consultant, she has managed full-cycle recruitment across North America. Prior to consulting, her career focused on hospitality and senior living. Her effectiveness in placing mid-level to senior roles within varying sectors, underscores her comprehensive grasp of diverse business functions. Grace has consistently produced outstanding outcomes in a diverse array of sectors. Recognized for her nimble adaptability, she consistently outperforms sales targets, elevates service standards, and fosters enduring professional relationships throughout her illustrious career.
Associate
Soumodip is a mechanical engineer with graduate training in management and a background in research, customer service and risk management.
Mr. Saha's work experience includes serving as a Risk Management Specialist at Amazon, while also acting as part of the Global Connections Ambassador team for Amazon Worldwide. He has a strong background in customer service and has also worked on a research and development team within the hybrid renewable energy sector.
Mr. Saha has extensive experience volunteering for numerous nonprofit organizations, both in India and Canada. In India, he coordinated programmes for Youth for Seva and Snehasadan Orphan Home and is currently a volunteer with Best Buddies Canada. Mr. Saha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jain University and is pursuing a Master of Management from Trent University.
